Sunday Night Ivano Frankvisk Report

It is Monday afternoon here Kiev. We have moved many miles back to the west. We left our hotel at 5:10 a.m. sharp and made our connection to the train. It was a smooth five hour ride to Kiev.

We have had lunch at Dom Evangeline Church in Kiev and had wonderful greeting from their pastor. Michael shared with us again another compelling message. (Will post later)

Last night in Ivano Frankvisk, the long, rough & bumpy road trip was well worth it. We estimate the attendance at about 2,000 people and 1,136 people made a decision for Christ. God continues to work through us.

Making this short as we have a couple of hours to rest before tonight’s concert. Will post tonight as we won’t have a long trip home and have good internet.

Pray for this concert in Kiev at 7:00 (11 am Texas time). It is the largest concert hall in Ukraine. Michael said today we are the first ever Baptist or Evangelical type of program or concert to ever take place there. Pray that it will become a great sanctuary of praise, healing and hope. Pray that the message is clear. Pray for our voices and for clear minds even though we are going on only a couple of hours of sleep today. Thank you for your faithful prayers.

I can’t wait to meet them in Heaven one day! Continue to bless and keep these wonderful men and women in Your tender care and strengthen them and protect them in this final concert. 2. This tour of the Singing Men is constantly in our large family’s prayers. We pray for the health & stamina of all concerned. We know God is in this. God honors prayer.

  3. I was reading this scripture. “Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD! Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forevermore! From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised!” ESV Bible Psalm 113:1-3
I hope you receive encouragement from these verses today. I’m praying for you.

  4. Praise the Lord for His continued faithfulness and blessing! I rejoice with you all over the results of His powerful display of grace, mercy and love!
May He also give supernatural strength and Spirit-empowered praise through your tiredness–“His grace is sufficient and in our weakness His power is made perfect” (2 Cor. 12:9).
    Many blessings to you all!

  7. “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endures to all generations.” (Psalm 100:4-5) Praising God for the multitudes that have come to know Him as Lord and Savior during this mission trip.
