Why Are We Going Home?

Michael Gott tells of his wife asking the question, “Why are we leaving?”. When you see people coming to the Lord daily, why would you leave.

The last three verses of Matthew:“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.”  ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We all know the verses but for most of us, these past 12 days have the most perfect example of following the commandment of the Great Commission. When you find yourself in the middle of God’s directive, it’s tough to stop. It’s time to make more tents so we can go back out again. I look forward to the 2017 trip with Singing Men.

  1. Exactly the way we felt after the first two Ukraine trips! We are so sorry that we have not been able to go again, but we rejoice in the things God has accomplished through you who are still able. Thanks for keeping us in the loop..and our prayers are still with you!
